Fix the issue identified.
Begin stream again
before corrected step.

9. Stream
Flow the activity until
an issue is identified.
Final Stream step should flow full activity.

10. Smooth
Remove any remain rough
spots from the activity.

11. Standardize
Document the process so it can
be followed by someone else.
