21. Recommendations Based on the features available with Elluminate, I would recommend this particular program for video conferencing. The cost may be prohibitive for some, but the features of this program appear to be worth the cost. Skype would primarily be used to discussion and less for presentation. Elluminate has the capability for utilization in the classroom, professional development, interactive staff training, to name a few. I would recommend Elluminate over Skype
