2. Career Objective Having worked in Accounting and Finance division over the last 7 years, I have progressed from being an Accounting Staff to Senior Financial Controller with responsibility consisting of Budgeting, Financial Planning, and New Business Development. I was a Business Unit Manager (BUM) heading a Business Unit of 150 Staffs from Factory, Marketing, and Accounting Finance . I’m a fast learner. I have excellent management, negotiation and motivational skills, which allow me to give detailed guidance on how my team should meet our objectives. I am an excellent communicator and am able to communicate at all levels from the board level down to factory floor. Over the past 5 years, I have been rewarded as the Top 20% Performer. Currently, I’m looking for a position at the directorship level.

Work Experiences Company : PT Ultra Prima ArtaBoga (Member of OT Group) Date : Januari 2008 – July 2009 Position : Business Unit Manager – Fresh Dairy Description : I report to the Managing Director and to the BOD (On a monthly Basis). My role was to lead a Business Unit consisting of 150 staffs, from factory operator level up to managerial levels (Factory Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Engineering Manager, Brand Manager, Sales & Distribution Manager, Accounting Manager and Finance Manager). My main objective was to increase earnings through Increasing Revenues and Cost Reduction. In addition, I was also responsible to create Business Plan and conduct Feasibility Study to explore growth from new ventures.

Work Experiences Company : PT Ultra Prima Plast PT Ultra Prima Arta Boga Date : June 2001 – December 2007 Position : Financial Controller Description : My main role was to create & maintain 3 Years Financial Projection, Working Capital Management, Cost & Budget Control, and perform Feasibility Studies of New Businesses. I report directly to Managing Director and indirectly under the supervision of CFO. I worked closely with Business Unit Manager (BUM)
