How to use PBL ?

2. Follow the instructions for the
   different stages carefully.

3. Reflect on your work during and
   after every stage.

Food?      FORBIDDEN!      Drinks? FORBIDDEN!
SMRT steps up their enforcement of the law onboard trains and at
                         MRT stations.
 This time around, no mercy will be shown to passengers caught
                eating and drinking on the trains.

                $30 fine for eating a sweet !
 The crime? Chewing a sweet. The
punishment? A $30 fine!
          Did the crime fit the punishment?
Is eating/drinking on trains an anti-social behavior?
