- Chapter Leader: -in charge -liaison w/ national office -will talk more about this later Venture Director/Leader -Exec board member -Oversees fundraising efforts of the chapter & reports to the exec board -May directly run ventures, may delegate tasks to others -Venture leader is in charge of a specific venture International Projects Director -Exec board member -Manages projects for the chapter -Researching projects, developing selection process -Supporting project leaders -Project Leader: in charge of specific project Treasurer: -Ensure chapter spends wisely -Processing reimbursements, deposits -James will give a more in-depth explanation of chapter finances Membership Coordinator: -Get people involved in chapter -Plugging people into the pipeline Other possibilities to mention: Marketing Director (how to best market ventures and projects) Awareness director (events to promote awareness of global poverty—chapter-wide and campus-wide)
