1. Hello, my name is Kim Taylor and I am the
Parent Support Advisor here at Norwood Primary.
I am here to offer any help, advice and support
no matter how small or great to all parents/carers
of children who attend our school.
As a Parent Support Advisor and Learning Mentor
I am also available to the children at school, they
can come along to me at any point in the day to
talk to me about any worries or concerns they
may be having.

2. Parent Support Advisors are a bridge between
school and home.
I aim to support our families so that children are
able to feel safe, enjoy and achieve here at Nor-
wood Primary and families feel welcomed into our

I am able to provide an accessible service to meet
the needs of parents and carers and encourage
