to make bad decisions, and the victims of them were
the animals.

Neglecting an animal is leaving it
without food, water, or shelter, and
when the animal has no proper
veterinary care.
The animal is just left alone to live for
itself, and no one is there to care for it.

These people that are neglecting their
animal don’t even care about them.
They are not even providing adequate
care for their animal, which are
theirs, and their responsibility to treat
well.

abuse an animal.

animal.
These animals will most likely be in
rehabilitation, to undo the actions of
their previous treatment.

owners. And only about 2% of cats are returned back
to their owners.
One more shocking thing is that more than 20% of
people who leave animals in shelters, leave animals in
shelters.

should be thought as and treated as people, as they
have feelings too.
