Research – find the relevant issue to address the project to – at least 6 months before realization Targeting – compile the organizations database to be contacted Raising – selling the TN’s - to be done with at least 5 months before the realization Matching – to have at least 3 months/ cooperations Reception & Integration – fulfill the quality standards Learning – involve the trainees in learning activities of the LC/create the environment for them
