experience in international and domestic arbitration and litigation.

Nick Tiepolo, Italian, responsable of IBD
Based in Moscow, Russia over the last four years he has, although continuing to travel the
world at a relentless pace as part of my global company role, developed a network within
Russia and Moscow in particular that spans both global and Russian commercial
enterprises, Russian authorities and a few of the predominantly Western Embassies.
The focus on continuing the career in Moscow is evidenced by his firm grasp of the
Russian language, supplemented by my continuously improving written Russian.
He also have native Italian and excellent English (all forms) and French.

Barry Calnon – Australian, Business Advisory
Barry is a highly experienced business advisor, who over the past fifteen years has gained
broad base experience across a diverse range of clients in business planning, financial
proposals, negotiations, forensic work (fraud investigations, financial focus of familial
business and matrimonial disputes) and analysis of commercial opportunities and
divestments.
Barry has acquired significant international experience through his extensive work in
Moscow (2007 through 2009 with a 'Big 4' professional services accounting firm), London,
Singapore and Indonesia supplementing his core work in Australia, predominantly in
Melbourne and more recently in Perth as a Partner of a professional services accounting
firm.
Barry has extensive and diverse experience in providing corporate advisory, audit,
