Emerging Greek CRIS infrastructure - structure
• Each organisation operates its own institutional CRIS system
• Policies, procedures and workflows at the institutional level
• All institutional CRIS systems are based on the same CRIS software
platform
• CRIS software developed by EKT (Native CERIF database)
• A central aggregator will provide a unified point of access to the
entire information
• CERIF XML is used for interoperability

Support to institutions
• CRIS software – including documentation for installation, configuration,
usage
• Software distribution system
• Including certification procedure, notifications for new releases, versioning
• Online helpdesk for support

Education Quality Authority (includes publications, journals)

Greek Researcher Directory – figures and uptake
• 11.945 registered researchers
• More than 45% of researchers have updated their profile themselves
• More than 90.000 publications added to profiles
• More than 222.000 publications linked with researchers
• High traffic after periodic user notifications
• Smooth user support through helpdesk
