17. CONGRATULATIONS
April 17, 2008
Through week six of implementation, the ATT Mobility Retail Stores Printer Replacement
Project has gone extremely well. With very minimal exceptions, the project team has executed
flawlessly and the entire eort has met all timelines and commitments and is targeted to
complete end of June as planned.
I have received several positive comments from the aected retail store clients about
their satisfaction with the new Dell printers as well as the overall replacement experience.
It is a tribute to the excellent working relationship between ATT and Dell that the project
and attendant communication, implementation and support processes have worked out so
successfully to the benefit of the retail clients.
I look forward to our continued partnership with Dell to successfully complete this critical
work eort and manage the 'steady state' post-project environment.
Thanks.
