Reach Your Customers Find your audience Become a part of your community  Establish yourself as a thought leader/expert Know what tools are available to help you reach your audiences Know your competitors
Retain Your Customers Develop a cultivation strategy   Keep the communication open  Stay in touch with customers and prospects Invite them to events, lunch, etc. Review clients who are not doing business with you Always be selling and educating your customers on your capabilities
