SPEAKER PROFILE:
                    Vidya is an Executive Director & leads the Forensic Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited in
                    India. She specializes in large, multinational, complex litigation & investigation assignments including internal
                    investigations, forensic accounting investigations, FCPA investigations as well as arbitrations & resolution of post -
                    acquisition purchase price disputes. She has significant experience of over 16 years in leading numerous forensic
                    accounting assignments & fraud investigations requiring the reconstruction of complex financial records as well as
                    regulatory proceeding matters involving SEC investigations & NASD self-assessments. She is a Certified Fraud
                    Examiner and Chartered Accountant. She has also authored several articles and publications.


                    Debolina Partap is the Associate VP and Head Legal for the Wockhardt Group in India. Wockhardt is the India’s largest
                    pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare provider, all combined. In her current assignment, Debolina is responsible for
                    driving the legal corporate governance and compliance system in Wockhardt Group across geographical locations in
                    India and Strengthening the International Presence. Debolina has been in the legal compliance system, legal solutions
                    management and brands safety & development. Debolina is a Gold Medalist in LLM from Mumbai University. She is an
                    active member of the OPPI & CII (Pharma Unit) & a speaker in various forums. Debolina is a member of the Legal
                    committee of the OPPI.


                    Parsuram heads the Corporate Finance function at Dr. Reddy’s with global responsibility for Reporting, Analytics,
                    Taxation & S-OX. He is also responsible for the Group reporting under IFRS and IGAAP. Prior to this he was head of the
                    global Compliance Officer (under the Ombudsman Process). He worked in Chemplast Sanmar, Rashtriya Chemicals &
                    Fertilizers Limited & Tecumseh Products India Limited before joining Dr. Reddy’s in Dec 2000. He is a Chartered & Cost
                    Accountant with Post Graduate diploma in System Management & has over 23 yrs of experience.




                    Navin Goyal is a Senior manager in the Forensics practice in the Mumbai office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Private
                    Limited. Navin has extensive experience in fraud detection and investigation, due diligence reviews and litigation
                    consulting engagements. He is an ex-officer of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), with 13 years of experience in
                    the areas of anti-corruption & anti-bribery review and investigations for a wide spectrum of spectrum of organizations
                    including the Federal Government of India & the Corporate sector. He has also conducted several anti-corruption
                    training to large multi-nationals in India. navin is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of
                    India and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.


                    Abhijit Sanzgiri is a Vice President and Head of internal audit at Aditya Birla Financial Services Group - Chartered
                    Accountant and Law Graduate having more than 20 years post qualification experience.

      Nikhil Parulkar comes with a 9+ years experience in Banking & Management Consulting. He holds a Masters degree in
      Forensic Accounting from University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia & Bachelor of Arts in
      Economics/Commerce from University of Mumbai, India. He has worked in TCS Serve (formerly known a Citigroup
      Global Services), ICICI Bank Ltd & led several investigations is banking sector specializing in retail assets and liabilities
      & currently handling the Wholesale Banking portfolio as Head-Risk Containment Unit at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. He is
      a Certified Fraud Examiner from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA & Certified Anti-Money Laundering
      Expert from India forensic Research Foundation, Pune. He also holds Advance Diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian
      School of Cyber Laws, Pune.


      Darshan is an Associate Director in the Forensic Services Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited. He has
      substantial investigative experience, having spent 8+ years in the forensics practice in New York. He specializes in
      large, multinational, complex litigation & investigation assignments. Darshan specializes in large, multinational,
      complex litigation & investigation assignments including internal investigations, forensic accounting investigations,
      FCPA investigations, arbitrations. Darshan has previously worked in PwC’s audit practice serving Indian & U.S. clients.
      As part of the Forensics practice and due to his familiarity with U.S. & Indian GAAP, Darshan assists assurance teams
      on high risk clients of the organization. Darshan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.



      Rajeev has over 15 years of legal experience. He is a part of the team and is responsible for all corporate legal, company
      secretarial, and compliance related affairs of all group companies of Matrix. He is admitted as Barrister and Solicitor in
      New Zealand. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & is a certified Compliance and Ethics
      Professional.




      Anujeet is a Senior Manager in the Forensic Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited. He has over
      6 years of post qualification experience and specializes in conducting internal audit reviews, forensic & fraud
      investigations, FCPA reviews, arbitration assignments & establishing compliance & governance frameworks. His
      industry experiences include telecommunications, IT, financial services and manufacturing. He brings with him
      significant experience in conducting several controls and compliance reviews, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) deployment and
      testing & development of revenue assurance and fraud management system with telecom sector clients. He is an
      Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.




      An MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi & BE (Mechanical) from Delhi College of Engineering, Adarsh
      Sakhuja has been working with L&T for last 37years. He was instrumental to create a structure & processes of risk
      management in the company and presently as Head-Corporate Risk Management & Internal Control is now
      responsible to oversee the assessment & Management of risks in EPC & BOT Projects, Formulate Polices on Internal
      Control & Report to the Audit Committee of the Board. Earlier as Zonal Head-Internal Audit he brought in many changes
      to make internal audit as a value-adding function of L&T. He has a long experience in Sales & Marketing of various L&T
      Products in various locations across the country.


      Haresh is qualified Chartered Accountant of 1992 batch. He is also qualified in CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA
      (Certified Information System Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional). He has post
      qualification experience of more than 19 years. Out of this, 18 years in Internal Audit. After qualification, he has worked
      with companies like Batliboi Ltd. (1 year), Blue Star Ltd (1 year), Godrej Group (11 years), Future Group (2 years), & now
      working with JSW Steel Ltd. Since May 2008 as a VP (Internal Audit & Compliance), & also heads the Internal Audit
      department & looks after internal audit of JSW group. JSW group is having various business like Steel, Power, Cement,
      Port & Aluminum. It has annual turnover of Rs. 30,000 crores. His experience includes: Implementation of Clause 49,
      i.e. implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework & Internal Control Framework.
SPEAKER PROFILE:
      Mayur S. Joshi is a founder of India forensic & Principal Consultant of Riskpro Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd a Pune-
      based forensic accounting firm which is the only firm recognized by Home ministry of Maharashtra to conduct forensic
      accounting assignments for Law enforcement agencies. Riskpro typically handles the Ponzi or Pyramid schemes
      where thousands of investors lose money. He has more than 10 years of experience in fraud investigation, prevention &
      Detection. mayur is the first Indian to bag the international award from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mayur
      was a key player in the investigation conducted by CID of Andhra Pradesh Police to unearth the accounting aspect of the
      India’s biggest accounting fraud.




      Kumar is a Law Graduate from Madras University and has over 20 years of experience spanning various aspects of
      legal functions. Kumar started his career as an Advocate in the Office of AC Muthanna, Senior Counsel at Madras High
      Court and after two years of practice he joined TTK Group. After nine years he left TTK as a Dy General Manager and
      went on to work with the GMR Group. He has subsequently worked with HCL Technologies and Punj Lloyd and prior to
      joining Suzlon he was with Essar Group, Mumbai. Kumar’s strength include Project Contracting, M&A, Compliance,
      Claims & Dispute management and business collaborations.




      G. D. Balasubramaniam is currently a Director-Internal Audit & Fraud Risk at Fullerton India Credit Company Limited.
      Over 18 plus years of experience in Banking-Retail Finance Industry. Over 10 years plus years of specialization in Fraud
