investigations, forensic accounting investigations, FCPA investigations as well as arbitrations & resolution of post -
acquisition purchase price disputes. She has significant experience of over 16 years in leading numerous forensic
accounting assignments & fraud investigations requiring the reconstruction of complex financial records as well as
regulatory proceeding matters involving SEC investigations & NASD self-assessments. She is a Certified Fraud
Examiner and Chartered Accountant. She has also authored several articles and publications.
Debolina Partap is the Associate VP and Head Legal for the Wockhardt Group in India. Wockhardt is the India’s largest
pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare provider, all combined. In her current assignment, Debolina is responsible for
driving the legal corporate governance and compliance system in Wockhardt Group across geographical locations in
India and Strengthening the International Presence. Debolina has been in the legal compliance system, legal solutions
management and brands safety & development. Debolina is a Gold Medalist in LLM from Mumbai University. She is an

consulting engagements. He is an ex-officer of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), with 13 years of experience in
the areas of anti-corruption & anti-bribery review and investigations for a wide spectrum of spectrum of organizations

Darshan is an Associate Director in the Forensic Services Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited. He has
substantial investigative experience, having spent 8+ years in the forensics practice in New York. He specializes in

Haresh is qualified Chartered Accountant of 1992 batch. He is also qualified in CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA

qualification experience of more than 19 years. Out of this, 18 years in Internal Audit. After qualification, he has worked
with companies like Batliboi Ltd. (1 year), Blue Star Ltd (1 year), Godrej Group (11 years), Future Group (2 years), & now
working with JSW Steel Ltd. Since May 2008 as a VP (Internal Audit & Compliance), & also heads the Internal Audit
department & looks after internal audit of JSW group. JSW group is having various business like Steel, Power, Cement,
Port & Aluminum. It has annual turnover of Rs. 30,000 crores. His experience includes: Implementation of Clause 49,

Mayur S. Joshi is a founder of India forensic & Principal Consultant of Riskpro Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd a Pune-
based forensic accounting firm which is the only firm recognized by Home ministry of Maharashtra to conduct forensic
accounting assignments for Law enforcement agencies. Riskpro typically handles the Ponzi or Pyramid schemes
where thousands of investors lose money. He has more than 10 years of experience in fraud investigation, prevention &
Detection. mayur is the first Indian to bag the international award from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mayur
was a key player in the investigation conducted by CID of Andhra Pradesh Police to unearth the accounting aspect of the
India’s biggest accounting fraud.
Kumar is a Law Graduate from Madras University and has over 20 years of experience spanning various aspects of
legal functions. Kumar started his career as an Advocate in the Office of AC Muthanna, Senior Counsel at Madras High
Court and after two years of practice he joined TTK Group. After nine years he left TTK as a Dy General Manager and
went on to work with the GMR Group. He has subsequently worked with HCL Technologies and Punj Lloyd and prior to
