1. COMPANY PROFILE
Team
The Need Creative team comprises the perfect balance of youth and experience. The majority of the team are
under 30 and are all hungry, skilled young entrepreneurs. Each member adds to the diversity of the group
creating a package that is truly appealing to any company or organisation.
Between them they also have business interests in different companies in area such a media, manufacturing and
web development.
Dan Whitehouse– Director
Having been a web developer for many years, Dan has experience working for many city-based companies
ranging from overseas property developers to software houses.
His early training was in Information Technology and Business in Edinburgh. He has a very strong work ethic and
the highest aspirations for company development.
James Danes– Marketing Director
James holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering. He is versatile, with proven organisational and interpersonal
skills developed throughout university, extensive industrial experience with large companies, and personal
interests.
Kimron Gilbert– Sales Director
Kimron heads up sales, as he has vast experience in this field. He also supports and leads the operations and
expansion of the business structure and internal procedures. He has extensive experience of start-up businesses
and the way that large organisations work.
Gee Lasharie– Account Manager
After many years of alternating between an entrepreneur and life as a stockbroker, Gee has decided to settle
down as one of our sales team. He loves to talk to clients and his enthusiasm is conveyed with every call he
makes. He is courteous and considerate to all.
Joby Ingram-Dodd - Account Manager
Joby never settles for second best. After spending many years as a city based stockbroker Need Creative found
him a home and he has never looked back. Joby is really one for the record books, literally. When he is not on the
phones and managing corporate infrastructure and policy he is working to better himself with physical
challenges at the top level of competition.

John Philips– Finance Director
John runs his own accountancy firm in Suffolk and is charged with carrying out all the day-to-day financial tasks
for the company. He has over 20 years experience with companies from varying industries.
Denys Khubanov – Art Director
Having been a web designer for many years, Denys has experience working with many projects for a range of
clients. He has excellent team management skills, including hiring, motivation and individual skill improvement
programmes.
In 2008 he finished his time at Khmelnytkiy National University in the Ukraine with a master’s degree in
computer science. He likes to push against the boundaries of design with flair and artistry.
Boieriu Alexandru – Designer / Developer
Alex is a young but incredibly gifted designer and developer, the newest member of the team.

You couldn't find yourself a nicer bunch of people to make the branding process more seamless. Some people
chose to be investment bankers, some people choose to be pilots, and some people choose to be doctors - we
choose branding! It is what we do, all day, every day, and sometimes even in our sleep.

We will craft and subtly position (or reposition) companies by identifying the 'triggers' that motivate
the target audience towards a buying decision, and harmonise stakeholders towards greater
productivity.
We will need to consult with you to formulate a brief to better engage our design team, and following
a tried a testing logical process.
TIMEFRAME
To be delivered to client 28 days from approval of stage E of schedule.

4. SCHEDULE AND COST
To be performed according to the following schedule:
The schedule is as follows with limited time frames and iteration stages.
A. Receipt of project brief.
B. Submit proposal.
C. Agree proposal.
D. Sign and exchange agreement.
E. Issue of first invoice for 35% set-up fee payment.
F. Information Gathering.
G. Design & Development stage.
H. Test stage.
I. Work completion.
J. Acceptance by client of completed work.
K. Payment of final invoice (Within 14 days).
Terms and Conditions will govern any agreement between Need Creative Ltd and the Client, and are
available on request.
PAYMENT TERMS
Set-up Fee: 35% of total (Stage E of schedule, above).
After project phase J (Work Acceptance, above) the client will be invoiced for the full amount, less any
set-up fee paid in advance.
Payment should be received within 14 days. If payment is not received within this period the Client will
be responsible for any charges as per section 3 of Terms and Conditions, (Fees and Expenses).
