- 3. Since 2002, the program encourages all adults in Lincoln and Lancaster County to read and discuss the same book at the same time.
- 6. A committee of library & community members spent several months reading, discussing, and evaluating nominated titles.
- 7. Five finalists were announced to the public during a May 31st live event at The Mill in the Haymarket.
- 8. Votes may be submitted from June 1–July 31 .

- Preview discussions will be held at various Lincoln bookstores during June, featuring members of the One Book - One Lincoln Selection Committee. Committee members and a Lincoln City Libraries staff member will be on hand to talk about their experience serving on the committee and the five finalists. Ballots will be available so that attendees may submit their vote for the 2010 One Book - One Lincoln selection.
