- INTRODUCTIONThere is an international and national imperative to include education technologies into teachers training and professional development, for example implementing and assess learning experiences to engage students and enhance learning and enrich professional practice to improve learnerâs education. In this assay I would initial focus and report on being a teacher in the knowledge society , âeducation for allâ goal, and present future national strategic objective and deliberately to the aims of the national and international initiative regarding continuous profession development of teachers with regard to teacherâs competency standards relating ICT and professional aptitude.
- Knowledge society agendaKnowledge society refers to a human society, in which knowledge could be a dynamism in bringing transformation in a society and where knowledge brings justice, solidarity, democracy, peace and unity the society. Knowledge society implies equitable to information (UNESCO) and should provide universal, where by everyone get equality in accessing that may enhance their knowledge society.
- Education makes a powerful different to people.it holds the key to unlock the human potential needed to secure a more peaceful and ensure that all children receive quality basic education. Education is also a key issue in the knowledge society. Being a teacher in the knowledge society, it more like enabling all children and all people to access knowledge and benefit from being educator. Being a teacher in the knowledge society requires integrating ICT and knowledge SID in order to build knowledge society and learn to know accessing knowledge.

Ensure that the learning needs of all children or learners met through equitable access to proper learning and life skills programs.

- Present future national strategic objectiveI have discovered the five strategic goals that have been factored into the programs. The first one is to improve the quality of teaching and learning where the department of education provides learners with access and material that will improve their knowledge and skills. Increase access to high quality learning and teaching to improve learning outcome. Undertake regular assessment to track progress, where teachers provide learners with relevant and essential strategy of learning and even have the teacherâs development to prepare education for the tools of the curriculum and assessment policy statement.
- With regards to the improvement of quality of teaching and learning, teachers should be well trained to improved the rate of qualified teachers in the school.improve their way of accessing information by implementing the training programs for teachers to be professional teachers.
