2. History Edgar Howard Wright born 18 April 1974 is an English film director and writer. Throughout the 1990’s, Wright directed many short films, first on a amateur camera which was a gift from a family member and later on led to more as people discovered his talent in making amateur movies.
3. Why am I writing about Edgar? After I saw Shaun of the dead and hot fuzz I instantly was impressed by the style he shot his movies and how he managed to really emphasis certain pieces of comedy. Edgar’s way of presenting comedy can be extremely subtle which is a rare quality in a director, this is shown in Shaun of the dead which have subtle references to George Romero's zombie films.
4. What made him so famous? He really became famous after Shaun of the dead hit instantly making people notice his skill . Most people would say the way he can bluntly put comedy out and just how subtle it can be also but is so versatile. His fast paced comedy style has also made him famous in movies and TV shows.

6. What inspired Shaun of the dead Few people know that Edgar wright is a massive fan of George Romero's zombie films and his movie shaun of the dead is filled with references to Romero’s zombie films. He also made a appearance in George Romero's fourth zombie film Land of the dead

His movie making quotes Everything that I've done so far has had a bigger budget than the last, but I've never ever felt the benefit of the bigger budget because the ideas always exceed the budget. I think it's good to have pressure on yourself. The worst crime is to get kind of really complacent.
