Mr. Praveen Desai who need to picked up
from airport and also need to arranged for
taxi for visit by the hotel.
We showed this task in front Mrs. Shefali
bhardwaj and all classmates with in group of
six persons named as:

12. Till now this task is not done due to
unavailability of resources.
13. With the help of role play we showed the
reservation, registration, guest stay, and
departure . Also there was a problem which had
no solution in our roleplay of Mrs. Sangeeta
chawla who didn’t returned the hairdrawer
provided by hotel . Because Steward omitted to
note the detail of it so hotel deducted his salary.
Ms. Sakshi Thakur was playing as Miss Sangeeta
Chawla, Ms. Anu as Reservation Executive,
Ms.Diksha as FOE ,Mr. Vishal as bellboy, Mr.
Vinod as chauffeur and I Nitesh Chandel as Asst.
