VISION – Victory Educational and Welfare society organization is working for the upliftmant of
agriculture labours and small and migrants farmer , Educational ,Health, women empowerment
,disabled people, creating political social Economical and Environmental awareness among the
target groups of the rural and urban areas
Mission - Victory Educational and Welfare Society is working with the mission through
mobilization , Encouraging and organizing the people. we are also working through cultural
programmes ,get- together trainings and othercampaigning methods .Thus we are working
with the rural and urban areas
Objectives

 To empower Rural and urban poor socially ,economically and politically
 To promote gander Equality Social Equality Econamical Equality through Collective
 To prevent Desertification and protect natural resource
 Awareness generation towards education ,sanitation heath community ownership
and environment
 Improve leadership qualities among rural and urban poor community
 Optmum utilization of natural resource through sustainable methods
 To ensure government programmes
 To enhance land Productivity through eco-friendly agriculture

types of NGOs. Some play mono role and some multiple roles.In general mostofthe goods NGOs have the following
strength.
 we are value centred. We work for constructing a value based society.
 we are know their commitmentto serve the poor voluntarily
 we workers are endowed with missionaryzeal and commitment.
 We live with the people.
 we work for and with the people.
 we are quicker in decision making and they are timelyin action.
 we work for people’s cause altruisticallyand untiringly. Their work is not clock-bound.
 We are the social psychologists to look into the pains and sufferings ofthe disadvantaged.
 NGOs encourage the people that people’s developmentis people’s business and facilitate them to do things
by themselves.
 NGOs spend a good deal of their time and energy in people’s preparedness to ensurenthatthey are psycho-
sociallyequipped to carryout their programmes.
 NGOs can prevent mightymacro forces from doing injustice to the impoverished in the name of
globalization,modernization,standardization etc.by addressing issues and their consequences though
lobbying and advocacying.
 Good NGOs are governed by high ideals and principles.
 Good NGOs would not compromise to any unethical things.It is a pride for the voluntary sector that certain
NGOs do flatly say ‘no’ to funding agencies ifundesirable ideologies are imposed.
 NGOs are the care-takers of the grass rootstrata of the society.
 NGOs specialized in social mobilization.NGOs are with the people . people are with the NGOs. In fact they
are both with one another. That is why NGOs have a solemn command over the people and they occupy
special room in the hearts of the people.The truth of they occupy special room in the heart of the people.
The truth of the fact is that people believe NGOs as the formar is the latter’s priority.
 We are the agents of social change.They work for social transformation.
 We serve the downtrodden unmindful oftheir pains and inconveniences.
 People are their prime subjectmatter.Their plans and programmes are people –centred.
o People’s developmentis their prime objective.
o People’s involvementis their paramountconcern and
o People’s managementis their ultimate destination.
 NGOs are specialists in communityorganization.
 They effectively motivate the people to take up their communityroles.
 Process- orientation is the sine-qua-non ofprofessional NGOs,targetis not their target but the process
involved in any programme does matter to them.
 NGOs persons are highlymotivated to motivate the unprivileged and down trodden.
 They organize and unorganized communities and reorganize the disorganize communities.
 NGOs are strong in their principles.They do not yield to inferior practices.
