- 3. Node A single piece of content. Sorry, it’s not a very friendly word and it’s sort of confusing, but we can’t change it now. You can think of a node as a single page. Even though it’s not. Well, not always.
- 4. Content Type Rather than treating every page (or node) on the website the same, content types allow you to specify different fields to hold different types of information. Every node has a content type. Press Release: Title Publication Date Body Contact Name Contact Email Address Contact Phone Number Lost & Found Pets Board: Species Breed Color Lost or Found? Last Seen etc.

- 6. Block Blocks are bits of content that usually appear in left and right sidebars. They usually contain the same information throughout the site or section, but can show information customized to a specific page as well.

- 9. Drupal lets you create multiple vocabularies, each consisting of many terms.
- 10. Please don’t use the word folksonomy.Example taxonomy to classify cars: Color Make red Ford blue Honda green Toyota etc. etc. Color and Make are vocabularies. The remaining words are terms.
