3. We make the minced meat (1 day
before)
• We put minced meat • And we leave to cook
with spices in a pot

4. PASTA
• We put water in a pot • Then we put the pasta
• And we let this boil for 5 minutes

5. PASTA (next step)
• We strain them and
leave them to take
room’s temperature

6. BECHAMEL
• We stir flour with milk and one egg to make
the bechamel sauce and heat the mix until it is
thick

7. Method
• We put crumbs of toasted bread at the
bottom of griddle

• We put the pasta over
crumbs of toast bread

• We put the minced
meat over pasta

10. Method
• We put again pasta
over minced meat

11. Method
• Now we put the
bechamel on top

12. THE END
We put the griddle in oven

13. THE EFFECT
