PDS Aviation Division, has achieved a position in the Aviation Industry that covers contract staffing across all

Financial Stability – especially in a time of economic challenges, clients need to be with staffing firms that are
financially stable. PDS has one of the strongest balance sheets in the industry. This has resulted from having the
tightest credit policy in the staffing industry, a lean management staff (two officers in the entire company) and
disciplined financial management.
Recruiting Engine – we ensure that at least 50% of our staff
consists of recruiters. We provide them with world class SAS 70
certified tools and training. Also because of our near 32 years of
experience, our recruiting staff has the most telecommunication
experience in the industry.
Benefits – to attract the best candidates and employ the best con-
tractors for our clients, we need to provide the best and most in-
novative benefits. We were the first staffing company to provide
Health Savings Accounts, which combine the benefits of health
plans and 401(k) plans. We were the first staffing company to
provide the Health Reimbursement Accounts, a consumer driven
plan in which Aetna provides a cash contribution of $500 to the plan.
Low Cost Paradigm – we operate on the lowest cost structure in the industry. With revenue exceeding $418
million dollars in 2008, we operate with a lean management structure of two officers. We have no more than
4 layers of management from the CEO. And as a private company, we don’t incur the expenses of managing
shareholders and we don’t have the financial burden of public company expenses on lawyers, accountants and
transfer agents.
Strict Management of above the line “controllable costs” – a staffing company’s financial success rides heavily
on its ability to manage the costs of workers compensation expense and unemployment expense. We aggres-
sively work with experts like TALX and Zurich to maintain the lowest rates of claims in unemployment and
workers compensation in the industry.
