Activities for the Over 50’s
Mondays Monday Club - 1pm - 3:30pm
Social afternoon, including bingo - occasional meals out.
Cost £1 per person including tea/coffee & biscuits - raffle & bingo extra
Tuesdays Sew, Knit & Natter- 12 noon - 2:30pm
Bring along your craft work, have a chat and make new friends.
Cost £2 per person including tea/coffee & biscuits.
Also Extend Exercise - 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Exercises may be done standing and/or seated - help to prevent falls by
improving balance, muscle power & also mental stimulation.
Suitable for men & women.
Cost £3 per person
Wednesdays Tai Chi - 1pm - 2pm
TaiChi, improves balance and co ordination,
strengthens the muscles and improves breathing functions.
Suitable for men & women.
Cost £3 per person
Thursdays Zumba Gold – 11am – 12noon
Fitness session for the over 50’s
Cost £3 per person
Also Sequence & Line Dancing – 1pm -3pm
Cost £2 per person including tea/coffee & biscuits
Plus - Day Trips & “Fun Afternoons”
All of the above activities take place at the Hub Hazelwell , Vicarage Road, Kings Heath.
The number 11 & 35 buses stop nearby.
