• The frontage of the store is very good.
  It draws one in.
• Entrance is bright and it looks like a
  classy place
• The ambience is pleasing and warm
• The environment is silent.. No noise
  at all, except for the sales people
  talking in hushed tones..
• A few more sales people should have
  been present. Have to wait for some
  time before you get attended to
• Customers are mostly women
Crossword – The Book Store
• The entrance is not appealing
• Light music is playing in the
  background
• But that is disturbing for ardent
  book lovers
• Books are organised well
• Has a good collection too.
• A few reading areas in the store
  layout would have been very
  helpful
• A mixed group of customers
  encouraged to go through the
  products
Hypercity – Supermarket
• Huge store
• Very well planned out entrance
  and exits
• All requirements under one roof
• Due to the size, one can get lost in
  the aisles
• Internal store directions to be
  improvised
• Opportunity for smaller
  businesses like food joints, apparel
  to flourish in the vicinity
• Mostly families
Planet Fashion – Apparel Store
• Entrance is very exciting
• Interiors are pleasant and warm
• Staff is courteous
• Well organised sections and
  displays
• A central display with the latest
  trends on show
• Avg age of customers is 18 – 45
  years
• Most customers take the same
  path while browsing
