brand. During this tenure, company expanded its market reach by adding clients from Europe,
Gulf and introduced customized IT solutions for Healthcare and Automobile industries. The
recruitment addition to the workforce was around 8%.
The company witnessed promising success in third quarter by achieving ISO 9001:2008
Certification for Quality Management System and better client deliveries. In order to offer
flexible business models to its clients, company added innovative and flexible business
engagement model called “Payable When Able”. In this quarter company added around 17%
workforce in its resource pool for better project execution processes.
Keeping the momentum on, in the fourth quarter, company launched Mobile Apps Development
Solutions in all major mobile technologies. In terms of market reach, company developed some
of the promising e-Learning & Training products for clients of Australia and South Africa. In
order to make its Microsoft Technology Offerings stronger, company accelerated application
