There are many different kinds of employment, and there are many different employment sites!

26. Online Thesaurus Go to www.dictionary.com . Left-click on the “Thesaurus” tab for more information online! Type words in here to use the thesaurus, then click “Search”

28. Split Screen 1. Click “Restore Down” 2. Adjust the window from the sides or bottom. You know you can adjust the window when you see a pyramid of dots in the bottom right corner. 3. If you minimize and reshape two windows you can compare them side by side. This is important for organization and is a useful tool for presentations.

31. To share a document with others, click the “Share” tab and select “Invite People.” Choose who you want to share with and what role you want them to play. Select if you want them to be editors or only viewers. Editors can make changes to your document while viewers can only see them. Your main page will show you which documents are shared.
