2. The Background
The conference builds on the strengths of its first two conferences in 2007 and 2009 and will again
bring together leading scholars from USA, Europe & Asia to systematically explore the nature,
determination, and implications of the spiritual dimensions of organizational leadership. The
conference strives to bring together different perspectives, disciplines and spiritual traditions.
The 3rd ISOL Conference aspires to bring forth the wisdom traditions across different faith
traditions and discuss the mechanisms to create a morally healthy business environment for
sustainable individual, social and economic growth.

The conference is aimed at an exchange of ideas and concepts among a broader group including:
