Power GEN Paid Monthly In addition to the Weekly PowerPACK Binary, Monthly power INCOME  and power MATCH  Unilevel commissions, we also have a generational “ powerGEN ” Bonus for our career minded members A generation consists of members below you down to the next equal to or higher ranking member
Power GEN Paid Monthly Managers will receive a power GEN  bonus equal to 3% of the C.V. of all members of their downline down to the next Manager, or higher ranking member: Their first generation
Power GEN Paid Monthly Directors will receive a power GEN  bonus equal to 3% of the C.V. of all members of their downline down to the next Director, or higher ranking member, their 1 st  generation, and… A power GEN  bonus equal to 4% of their 2 nd  generation
Power GEN Paid Monthly Ambassadors will receive a power GEN  bonus equal to 4% of the C.V. of all members of their downline down to the next Ambassador, their 1 st  generation, and… A power GEN  bonus equal to 4% of their 2 nd  generation A power GEN  bonus equal to 5% of their 3 rd  generation
Power POOL Paid Quarterly We are getting rewards into your hands quickly with our weekly power PACK  commissions We are setting you up with a great long term career income with the power TITLE  monthly commissions But what about the most elite of professional players?
Power POOL Paid Quarterly The power POOL  is a generous pool bonus paid every three months to those members who have chosen to make a career with mondial All Ambassadors who have maintained their status throughout the entire preceding quarter will be eligible to receive an equal share of 4% of the entire C.V. for the period, not counting power PACK  C.V.

Power BREAK Paid Annually Weekly, monthly, quarterly!  Can we do any more? Yes we can. Breakage is where commissions could have been made but were not earned; most companies keep breakage for themselves At mondial we want to make Breakage a huge profit maker for everyone. Including you!
Power BREAK Paid Annually Every year on March 1 st , we will calculate the total commission that could have been paid out, but was not Then we add up all the commissions that were paid and calculate the difference between the two to create the mondial power POOL
Power BREAK Paid Annually Every member will receive one point for each personal retail customer or each personally sponsored ISR who has had at least three AutoShip orders during the year The power BREAK  bonus will be divided equally between all of the points assigned

  1. Welcome to the mondial compensation plan presentation! This presentation will take you behind the power that is the mondial compensation plan.
  2. Why do mondial’s ISRs believe that we offer the best compensation plan in the industry? Our plan is easy to understand and pays a generous 50 to 60% of the value of each retail sale out in commissions. We believe in putting money back into the hands of our distributors and have made a commitment to do so through AutoShip – a feature that allows for the creation of monthly standing orders and the regular infusion of commissionable volume into your downline.
  3. If you’re watching this presentation, you can be the envy of your friends and associates. That’s because you are where so many others want to be – ready to step in on the ground floor of an opportunity poised for a fast ride to the top. You have the chance to join mondial as a Founder. Founders receive a number of benefits, including a 5% enhancement on their commissions for 1full year, free entry to all corporate events for a year and automatic participation in the Founder vacation trip. If you had the chance to buy Microsoft stock before they were a household name, would you have done it? If you could have invested in Sony before the name became synonymous with electronics, should you have? Of course! mondial represents your chance to take advantage of a phenomenal opportunity in its early stages.
  4. There are a few terms important compensation plan related terms to familiarize yourself with. Those that enroll with the company to participate in the income earning opportunity are called ISRs. Each product that an ISR sells carries CV, or commissionable value. CV is equal to 50 – 60% of each sales retail value. ISRs qualify to receive overrides on CV in their organizations at different rates. Advancing to higher earning levels is often times based off PV, personal volume, and GV, group volume.
  5. Each product, with the exception of sales kits, that is available for sale through mondial is commissionable through the Binary or Unilevel pay plans. Our PACKS contain phenomenal product offerings and are the driving force behind Binary commissions.
  6. Each ISR is required to purchase a non-commissionable $29.95 sales kit on enrollment. The optional purchase of a productPACK is recommended.
  7. 1, 2 or 3 are ok, but 8 is great. The mondial compensation plan provides you with an incredible eight different ways to be paid!
  8. Commission are paid on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bases. Our lucrative compensation plan guarantees that 100% of the commissionable volume – 50 to 60% of every retail sale – is paid back to the field. We want you earning commissions because when you are successful, we are all successful.
  9. Joining as an ISR is easy, simply purchase the initial $29.95 sales kit and optionally add on any of the powerful PACKS.
  10. The foundation of the mondial compensation plan is the retail sales opportunity, powerPROFITS. As an ISR, you will be able to purchase products at wholesale cost, resell them at retail and retain the difference between the two prices as a commission.
  11. You can choose to purchase products at wholesale yourself and then approach customers for personalized resale, or you can direct potential customers to your replicating website. Those that you direct to purchase through your replicating website will automatically be charged mondial’s suggested retail price. The final retail price is up to you when you take product direct to your customers.
  12. powerPROFITS are just the beginning. Beyond them, we offer 7 other ways for you to be paid starting with the powerSTART bonuses. During each week in which you have 3 new powerPACK sales to customers or distributors, we will pay you a $50 powerSTART bonus. There is no limit on the number of powerSTART bonuses you can earn in a week. 3 sales will yield a $50 bonus, 6 sales a $100 bonus, 9 sales a $150 bonus and so on.
  13. Also paid weekly are powerTEAM commissions. powerTEAM commissions are paid exclusively on the sale of PACKS
  14. Qualifying to earn powerTEAM commissions is simple, you only need to sponsor a minimum of 2 other ISRs and personally sell 3 PACKS. In fact, your own productPACK purchase even counts as 1 of your 3 sales! This is a one time requirement. Once met, your personally sponsored ISRs only need to stay active with the company in order for you to remain qualified.
  15. powerTEAM commissions are based on a 50/50 Binary pay structure. Each ISR has a left and right team within the powerTEAM structure. All of your personally enrolled ISRs will be placed within 1 of your 2 teams and your Upline will even help you build your teams through spillover. As your organization grows, so does your powerTEAM commission earning potential.
  16. You are eligible to earn commissions on every PACK sold in your 2 sales teams – regardless of the depth at which the sale occurs within a team. Whether the sale occurs on your 2 nd level of Downline or your 222 nd , you can earn on it. We even take any PACK sales to your personally sponsored retail customers and place them in your weakest team at the time of commissioning, maximizing your earning potential.
  17. powerTEAM commissions pay on a 50/50 model. When you reach a prescribed number of sales points with an even 50/50 split of the points between both teams, you earn a commission.
  18. Upon accumulating 8 points with 4 in each side, you will be paid $10. This is referred to as completing the first step of a cycle. 16 total points with 8 in each side will release another $10 to you. The original 8 on which you were paid count towards your 16 total. 24 total points with 12 in each side will release another $10 to you for a total of $30. Your previous 16 points count towards your 24.
  19. powerSTART and powerTEAM commissions are paid weekly, however we also offer monthly, quarterly and annual commissions. Weekly commissions are based on a 2 team structure, however the other pay schedules allow you to build multiple Downline teams. Each ISR that you personally sponsor will represent the head of a team for you. This is often times referred to as a Unilevel pay structure.
  20. Earning all 3 $10 commissions is referred to as completing a cycle. Once you have completed a cycle, the sales on which you were paid are removed from your left and right team counts. You are permitted to complete and be paid on an unlimited number of cycles per weekly pay period. We even allow you a 30 day grace period to accumulate points in while you work towards qualification. Remember – you are permitted to cycle multiple times per week on sales being made throughout your entire sales organization!
  21. The heart of monthly commissions is the powerTITLE Unilevel plan. The powerTITLE name comes from the five ranks, or titles, that you can progress through for greater and greater earnings within the plan. powerTITLE commissions are paid on recurring sales of singlePACKS, specifically those singlePACK orders generated through our monthly standing order program, AutoShip.
  22. Each and every month we will reward you according to the qualifications you met during the month. As a point of recognition, you always maintain your highest title earned, however you paid as the rank achieved during the current month.
  23. powerTITLE qualifications are based on 2 things, your PV, personal volume, and GV, group volume. The more PV and GV you generate, the more you can expect to earn.
  24. The first monthly powerTITLE is Associate. There are no qualifications that need to be met to achieve this rank. Even if you do not meet any higher qualifications, as an Associate you will be paid the difference between the wholesale and retail price of any products purchased by customers that you refer to mondial.
  25. The first higher title within the powerTITLE plan is Builder. By meeting $50 PV and $150 GV for a month, you will receive a 6% override on the CV in your first level of Downline and a 4% override on the CV in your second level of Downline. Beyond those commissions, you will receive a 10% powerMATCH on the levels based earnings of your personally sponsored ISRs. That’s right, we’ll pay you a match on the efforts of others!
  26. After Builder is Executive. The Executive rank is achieved by having $100 PV and $300 GV during a month. Executives receive the 6% first level commission, 4% second level commission and 3% of the CV present on their third level. The Executive powerMATCH is also 20% - a full 10% greater than the match that a Builder receives.
  27. Qualifying for the next rank, Manager, requires that you have at least $150 PV and $900 GV for the month. In addition to the first, second and third level commissions, Managers also receive 3% on their fourth level. The Manager powerMATCH also rises to a full 30%.
  28. Moving forward to Director requires a minimum of $200 PV and $2,700 GV during a month. In addition to the 4 levels of commissions, Directors receive 5% on their fifth level. As with the other ranks, the powerMATCH increases by another 10%. Directors are eligible for a 40% powerMATCH.
  29. The top rank that can be earned is Ambassador. It is achieved by having a minimum of $250 PV and $8,100 GV during a month. Ambassadors earn the 5 levels of commission previously reviewed, plus 6% on their sixth level of Downline. The powerMATCH for Ambassadors is a lucrative 50%.
  30. powerMATCH bonuses are truly powerful because they directly pay you on the efforts of others. As an Ambassador, you can receive an astounding 50% match on other people’s work. For instance, if you had a personally sponsored ISR earn $10,000 in levels commissions, you would be rewarded with a 50% match of $5,000. That’s powerful!
  31. ISRs that are seeking a career with mondial as opposed to a part time income earning opportunity will be particularly interested in the powerGEN bonuses. These bonuses are paid monthly to top performers on the generations of Downline below them. The first generation includes all volume from oneself down to the next ISR of equal or higher rank. The second generation includes all volume from the end of the first generation to the next inline ISR of equal or greater rank and the third generation from the end of the second to the next inline ISR of equal or greater rank. That can stand to be a significant amount of sales volume off which to earn. Managers, Directors and Ambassadors are eligible for powerGEN bonuses.
  32. Managers receive a 3% override on all CV present in their Downline from their own position down to the next inline Manager or higher ranked income center in each leg of Downline.
  33. Directors receive a 3% powerGEN bonus on the CV present in their first generation and a 4% powerGEN bonus on the CV present in their second generation of Downline.
  34. Ambassadors earn 3 generational overrides – 4% on the first generation, 4% on the second generation and 5% on the third generation. This can cover large expanses of Downline and open up significant portions of sales volume on which to be paid.
  35. The weekly and monthly commissions offer a lot, however we give even more to the elite ISRs that drive sales. True professionals will also take advantage of the mondial quarterly powerPOOL.
  36. Any ISR that achieves the rank of Ambassador for all 3 months of the same quarter will receive an equal share of 4% of the CV gathered company wide during the quarter.   37. For instance, if total CV for the quarter was $3,000,000, $120,000 would be the total powerPOOL dollars available. $120,000 is 4% of $3,000,000. If 15 ISRs achieved Ambassador for each month of the quarter, the total pool value would be split 15 ways. $120,000 divided by 15 is $8,000. Each qualifying Ambassador would receive an $8,000 bonus.

The total number of points calculated is then divided into the total bonus value to derive a per point value. For instance, if total breakage for the year was $500,000 and 50,000 points were earned, the per point value would be $10. Each ISR would then receive $10 for each point held. For instance, if you held 300 points, you would receive a $3,000 bonus.
