“After completing a 6-day Coach Training Workshop with Dr. Nangalia and Lina Nangalia, I have to say I've encountered very few teachers of their
caliber. Dr. Nangalia presented all the basic concepts and theory behind ICF coaching in a clear, practical, and enjoyable manner. He also presented
his own, very helpful ideas on adapting ICF coaching to Asian clients. The discussions were lively and informative. Lina Nangalia observed and gave
feedback on our role plays with unrivaled precision, accuracy, and encouragement. I have observed many trainers give feedback in my professional
life, but, I've never seen anyone as skillful as she in pinpointing exactly what was missing and what needed to be done. My heartfelt thanks to both of
them.” Ed Smyth, Japan, Batch in Tokyo, Japan
“This program had exceeded my expectation. The topics were exactly what I wanted and the materials presented were very clear, both at conceptual
and tactical level, applicable in my roles as both corporate human resources and professional coach. I am honored to be in this program with great
teacher and coach, who have lots of experience and also great colleagues. I would definitely recommend this program to others who are passionate to
explore and learn further the beautiful world of coaching.” Evan Indrawijaya, Human Resources Director, PT. Kimberly -Clark Indonesia Batch 1

ment for the participants. They generously shared with us their coaching expertise and their wealth of experience in client relationship management.
Lina and Ajay gave us a lot of time to practice coaching and provided us with sensitive and insightful feedback on our skills. Even after ten years of

Dr. Nangalia presented all the basic concepts and theory behind ICF coaching in a clear, practical, and enjoyable manner. He also presented his own, very helpful ideas on adapting ICF coaching to Asian clients. The discussions were lively and informative. Lina Nangalia observed and gave feedback on our role plays with unrivaled precision, accuracy, and encouragement. I have observed many trainers give feedback in my professional life, but, I've never seen anyone as skillful as she in pinpointing exactly what was missing and what needed to be done. My heartfelt thanks to both of them.” Ed Smyth, Japan, Batch in Tokyo, Japan “This program had exceeded my expectation. The topics were exactly what I wanted and the materials presented were very clear, both at conceptual and tactical level, applicable in my roles as both corporate human resources and professional coach.
