                     epidemic

of the chance to be the kind of men they know they
                      can be. ‘’

1. The secret behind habit creation
The pillars of any given habit

                                 Reward

                             Routine

                                  Cue

                                          about.me/muhammadhazem
‘’ Simply, we discontinue doing what is reward-
free such as confiding to parents who do not
listen, continue doing what is averagely
rewarding such daily habits of tooth-brushing,
   snacks-eating, and TV-watching and become
obsessive about elevated sources of pleasure
such as junk food, pornography, medicating
         relationships, drugs, shopping, etc. ‘’

                                  about.me/muhammadhazem
‘’ Craving is the anticipation of the reward
triggered at the presence of the cue. The
power of the craving rises in proportion to
the power of the reward. Thus, the more
powerful the reward, the more powerful
the cravings. ‘’ (Tooth brushing example)

                                     about.me/muhammadhazem

     satisfying rewards overwhelming rewards
3: Could be dismissed with 3: Could be dismissed with
     average efforts strenuous efforts (withdrawal
4: Does not damage or symptoms)
intervene with other life 4: Damages and intervenes
     aspects with other life aspects
5: Mild negative consequences 5: Extreme and life-threatening
6: Change could be easily negative consequences
inspired by awareness or 6: Change could be inspired by
slight-to-moderate negative personal tragedy or another
     consequences person’s tragedy.

‘’ In a 1994 Harvard Study that examined
