Dear VP TMs,


Welcome to the world of Leadership.


This booklet has the aim to provide you enable your creativity and give you
glimpse of the leadership experience that you can create for your
members.
Manual for using the Library of Leadership:


  1) These are proposed positions that you can create in your LC. You
     dont have to apply all of the at the same time or structure.
  2) The number of the positions you are going to create depends on your
     HR Capacity and also your LC Goal and ambition
  3)   The right structure can drive your performance significantly
  4) The KPIs and Responsibilities can be upgraded, increased or
     decreased in the way they are
  5) These are only the core parts of the JD! You should add roles, KPIs,
     competencies and skills required, timelien and future steps for each
     individual different position
  6) Dont be afraid to be creative and take risks. This is the only way to
     privide more students with enriching leadership experience
  7) Enabling more members reaching for leadership roles is the first step
     to providing them opportunitiy to experience Full AIESEC experience
     later on (X+L)

   1. Role
The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards
achievement of the individual and team goals. He/she has to adapt and implement strategies towards
achieving the needed impact. Last but not least taking care of the personal development of the team
members and create frutiful and thriving team atmosphere and bond. He/she needs to incresing number of
opportunities for local companies to get perspective and knowhow from abroad by getting exchange
participat.
   2. Responsibilities
         a. MT/TT/ET TL


                         Team planning with the VP ICX
                         Analyze the external and internal supply and demand
                         Analyze and segment the external company market
                         Execute negotiation and sales meetings for attracting new TN Takers
                         Ensure follow-up of the meetings
                         Allocate company contacts and prospects among the team members
                         Raising and matching new TN takers
                         Managing the team
                         Deliver the necessary ICX trainings to educate and ensure better
                         performance of the team


         b. Quality TL


                    Supervise the quality of the internship
Ensures all clauses from the TN Form are delivered
                 Collects feedback from the Trainees communicate it with the TN responsible
                 Quality control of the processes
                 Ensure the development of needed materials to ensure smooth XP of EPs
                 Ensure the development of needed surveys
                 Track and observe the conditions and logistics concerning the EP XP


      c. Delivery


            Ensure the whole delivery process
            Ensure smooth VISA procedure for the TN company
            Ensure expectation setting and presentation between EP and TN company
            Responsible for resolving any issues that occur
            Servicing the needs of the company
            Re-raising and scaling up the partnership with the company


      d. Reception


           Communicate details with the EP about the logistics
           Ensure expectation and goal setting done with the EP
           Welcome the EP on the airport and organize the accommodation
           Ensure all legal and administrative registrations of the EP
           Organize local or regional Reception weekend
           Organize cultural activities for the EPs to get to know the Chinese Culture (cooperate
           with Study Tour OCP if there is)
           Organize LC events and involve the EPs in them
           Develop quality framework
           Track and evaluate the EP experience based on the quality feedback

c. Delivery TL

           Ensure the whole delivery process
           Analyze EP supply based on timeline, duration, major, language, et
           Attend signning contract meeting with BD team
           Manage different approaches to promote TN takers
           Select and recommend candidates to company
           Arrange interview for EP and TN
           Assist in realization preparation
           Ensure smooth VISA procedure for the TN company
           Ensure expectation setting and presentation between EP and TN company
           Build up LC to LC partnership to ensure specific EP supply
           Conduct evaluation for TN and reraise the demand

d. Reception

1. Role
The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards
achievement of the individual and team goals. He/she has to adapt and implement strategies towards
achieving the needed impact. Last but not least taking care of the personal development of the team
members and create frutiful and thriving team atmosphere and bond. She/he needs to ensure increasing
number of opportunities for chinese students to have international experience without compromising on
quality and establish long-term partnership with LCs abroad. Last but not least provide suitable internships
to the leaders so they can live dual experience.

Ensure the education of the EPs about matching process
           Design and deliver XPS on local level for better education
           Support the EPs for getting the proper VISA type
           Design and conduct expectation and goal setting for the
           internship
           Educate CEEDers who are going abroad about their JD and
           responsibilities
           Deliver trainings on certain issues that might useful for the EP
           Respond to any of the EP issues and ensure they are solved


     c. L+X TL


   Plan and design campaigns for providing leaders with exchange XP
   Execute selection for leaders who would like to go on exchange based on the end
   dates of the Leadership roles
   Educate leaders about the matching process
   Communicate with the raised leaders all the logistical information
   Keep tracking on their matching
   Make sure they are properly assigned in myAIESEC.net
   Collect evaluation about their X XP after they come back
   Deliver expectation and goal setting with the leaders for their X XP
   Collect GCP stories from leaders in order to promote L+X among other leaders
   and alumni
   Create ST Leadership Roles for the ST members before they leave on exchange

The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards

opportunitiy to deliver impact in the society by delivering project on relevant topic, provide members with
issue-based experience and give the opportunities to students from abroad to experience the chinese
culture and atmosphere.
2. Responsibilities
      a. OCP



    Develop the project plan with the VP projects
    Communicate and report to the VP Projects about the progress
    Educate the team members or the LC members about the Issue of the project
    Create and deliver promotion campaign and “noise” around the topic of the
    project
    Segment and contact appropriate stakeholders for the project
    Communicate with the TN takers during the project execution to ensure
    smooth delivery
    Track and observe the delivery of the project content from the EPs
    Measure the satisfaction of the stakeholders participating in the project
    Evaluate the impact of the project in the society
    Re-raise the TN takers for future editions of the project

             Work closely with Mentoring team

             Send Newsletter with LC updates to the Alumni
             Collect valuable contacts and accounts for TN/Financial raising


         b. Business development TL


             Conduct market segmentation in different sectors
             Establish contacts with companies on different networking events
             Make phone calls and meetings with new prospects
             Raise sponsorship for major LC Events
             Design products and package them (if needed)
             Create LC Networking events


         c. Pertnership Management TL
Update and maintain the partnership database
             Keep the CRM updated
             Servicing and delivery of the big and old partnership
             Scale up the old partnerships and try to improve them
             Organize networking events for the alumni
             Develop new products for the old partners
             Generate new partnerships from accounts already in the CRM
             Collect and implement feedback from the partners
             Re-raise partnerships


         d. Learning Partners TL


             Conduct market segmentation for learning companies and organizations
             Package all the learning activities and conferences as selling product
             Make phone calls and meetings with new prospects
             Raise sponsorship for major LC Events
             Work closely with Training and Education team
             Collect and implement feedback from the partners
             Organize additional educational activities If needed.

         a. KM TL


             Design standardized outlook of the WIKIs/News/Classifieds in myAIESEC.net
             Gather and compile all the documents from all the departments
             Structure a Library in myAIESEC.net with all the KM from the LC
             Ensure regular update of all the KM
             Ensure all the Information on myAIESEC.net is linked and accessible


         b. IT TL


             Updating and modify local website regularly
             Ensure attractive and use-friendly design of the website
             Design recruitment materials for all the recruitments in the LC according to the branding
             policies
             Support the CI team during the recruitment promotion
             Educate members about the usage of myAIESEC.net




         c. Comm TL


             Develop and implement Clear communication relations strategy and
             No of publications in the local media
             No of publications in the online media
             No of communication partners during AIESEC Events
             Ensure proper design and branding of the all materials of the LC
             Manage all the online spaces of the LC

Financial Department
1. Role
The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards
achievement of the individual and team goals. He/she has to adapt and implement strategies towards
achieving the needed impact. Last but not least taking care of the personal development of the team
members and create frutiful and thriving team atmosphere and bond. She/he is responsible to audit, track
and manage the financial flow and the finacial decisions making of each department, implement financial
strategies, as well as financial sustainability.
   2. Responsibilities


         a. ICX TL


              Communicate with ICX TN Manager in order to implement the national ICX standardized process.
              Compile and update the realized MT/TT/ET TN and Trainee Database.
              Accounts Receivable database complied and A/R management
              Deliver regular finance training in ICX to improve members’ finance awareness.
              Responsible for the monthly reimbursement of ICX members
              Make monthly Finance Newsletter about ICX.




         b. OGX TL


              Make Budget and Audit for all the events of OGX. Collect and store all the source documents.
              Communicate with OGX EP Manager in order to implement the national OGX standardized
               process.
              Compile Exchange Participates Database for OGX.
              Compile Returnee database, including returnee internship report, internship pictures and survey.
              Collect EP refund application package in the end of each month.
              Deliver regular finance training in OGX to improve members’ finance awareness.
              Responsible for the monthly reimbursement of OGX members.
              Make monthly Finance Newsletter of OGX.


         c. PJ TL


              Make semi-annual budget and report for each LC Project.
   Simple bookkeeping for LC projects and settle the respective account according to the project
           needs.
          Compile and update the realized DT TN and Trainee Database.
          Make budget and audit for all the Project events. Collect and store all the source documents.
          Deliver regular finance training in Project to improve members’ finance awareness.

   1. Role
The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards
achievement of the individual and team goals. He/she has to adapt and implement strategies towards
achieving the needed impact. Last but not least taking care of the personal development of the team
members and create frutiful and thriving team atmosphere and bond. She/he is responsible for the smooth
delivery of the event, satisfied stakeholders, financial sustainability and overall event management and
coordination.
   2. Responsibilities


           Management of the OC team
           Ensure appropriate and up-to the standards transportation and venue
           Manage the logistics before during and after the conference
           Ensure the financial sustainability and accountability of the conference
           Ensure raising of Partners – in-kind, financial or learning ones
           Delegates servicing
           Ensure regular communication with the Delegates and the EB
           Financial management of the cash flow

This booklet has the aim to provide you enable your creativity and give you glimpse of the leadership experience that you can create for your members. Manual for using the Library of Leadership: 1) These are proposed positions that you can create in your LC. You dont have to apply all of the at the same time or structure. 2) The number of the positions you are going to create depends on your HR Capacity and also your LC Goal and ambition 3) The right structure can drive your performance significantly 4) The KPIs and Responsibilities can be upgraded, increased or decreased in the way they are 5) These are only the core parts of the JD! You should add roles, KPIs, competencies and skills required, timelien and future steps for each individual different position 6) Dont be afraid to be creative and take risks.
