Independent executive agencies agencies outside of the Cabinet that oversee a single area ,[object Object],[object Object]
Independent agencies and regulatory commissions are controlled by the President, who is the head of the Executive branch. There are many people employed by the Executive branch - in fact, about 3 million!!!!
