 The green sea turtle has a brownish yellowish greenish shell with amazing designs
 They have olive brown skin
 They can weigh up to 450 pounds
 Adults can grow up to 5 and a half feet
 The approximate size of a female Green Sea Turtle nesting in Florida is about 3.3 feet
 Each flipper has one and only one claw on it

Habitat and Range
The green Sea Turtle has three habitats
The high-energy oceanic beaches, for laying the eggs
Shallow waters for feeding
And when they live farther from shore, they like to stay near
coral reefs, beds of sea grass.
• The green Sea Turtle migrates to warmer water, like Mexico and
Florida, or even New York waters!
• They live in tropical and subtropical waters of the Atlantic
Ocean, Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Mediterranean Sea.

 All you need to do to help is to avoid going near and

services, or at your local aquarium

that the Green Sea Turtle swims.
