The Tragedy of Jamestown
                The Colonist
The colonists might have died without John Smith because
they were not working on food, clean water, and shelter.

                The Lecture
John Smith got tired of watching people die, so he became
strict, and said that’’ no one will eat unless they work to
stay alive instead of working for the riches! The settlers
weren’t used to working because they were rich and had
maids. So they did not get food and they traded with the
Powahaton. John Smith had to leave. So one settler called
it the starving time and the settlers barly survived because
they had no food. by Devin.K Logan.O
