8. Powerspeak Participation
Ifyou are taking a WLG course then you
must login to Powerspeak!
The WLG teachers have noticed that
Powerspeak participation is Low, please
login if you have a WLG course on your
schedule.

9. Attendance
Remember that GCA is a public school and
still must follow all attendance policies of
any other school in the state. Therefore,
logging attendance regularly is a must!!!
The LC logs attendance from their account
and this should be done daily. When you
accrue more than a few (3-5 days) of
absences that triggers teachers and
administration to start looking into why this is
occuring and if it is not remedied can lead
to you being reported for truancy.
10. Small Group Session Surveys
and Code Words
Up until now small group sessions may or may not
have been mandatory but they can be made
mandatory by your homeroom or content teacher
based on your progress. Or they may be used in some
cases for extra credit, etc.
At the end of each small group session for all subjects
you will need to fill out a participation survey using a
code word provided by your content teacher.
