Homework
Every child will be provided with a personalized Yellow Homework
Folder. Please help your child complete and return homework when it
is due. Homework is an extension of your child's learning. This shows
your child responsibility and commitment.

Classroom rules are based on providing a safe learning
environment that can be enjoyed by all students.
WALK INSIDE! Why---to keep our body safe from bumps &
bruises
USE AN INSIDE VOICE! Why---loud noises hurt our ears &
it's hard to think & learn!
BE KIND! Why---doing something kind feels GOOD to us &
to our friends!
FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! Why---so you can learn new things
& know how to stay safe!
USE WORDS, DON'T HIT OR HURT OTHERS! Why---so
people know what you need & can listen to you!
13. Kindergarten
DISCIPLINE PLAN
Discipline will be conducted based on their behavior in the
classroom, recess, and during classes with other teachers.
If student does not comply by the classroom rules then
they will move their behavior card accordingly:
Green : Great!
Yellow : Warning
Orange: 5 min. of time out from recess.
Red: Note/or Call home.
Severe Offense: Principal Referral

Please remember that kindergarten is your
child’s foundation and in order to build this
strong foundation we must work together,
teacher and parent.

Every student will need a backpack. Please no backpacks with
wheels. Supplies have been provided by the school.
