COMPLETE CIRCLE. THE AXLE MUST MOVE WITH THE
WHEEL AS IT TURNS. IF NOT, IT’S CALLED A PULLEY.
33. 3. PULLEY: A SIMPLE MACHINE THAT CHANGES DIRECTION
