11. So what does Web 2.0 means for web designers For web designers it doesn’t matter what web 2.0 is and what people say about It. What does matter is to focus on their job, seek to understand the business, economical and social issues. To educate themselves on hot technologies like XML and know what are the fuzz words. What do they need to know about it and how can they help in their goal as web designers and for their users and customers. Ref: http://www.cyop.net/web-design/90s-web-design-a-nostalgic-look-back.php Technology and design for the web are changing dramatically and quickly, Their jobs require constant learning, Designers have to accept change, embrace it and love it in the web 2.0 design industry. If not, people are miserable and cannot handle change. Most web designer today look for organic inspiration, at other media i.e. magazines, interactive media, textures colours, interactive design and not just other websites to get their inspirations. Their main Objective is to have an ongoing acceptance that they will always be learning if they want to stay on top. Ref: http://www.archive.org/web/web.php
