Who is MotiveQuest?
We are a social research company that explores social media conversations (Blogs,
Forums, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in order to answer business questions. Things like:
- What un-met needs exist in my category?
- How should I position my brand?
- What should my social media strategy be?
- How much impact are my actions having on sales?

We have been working in the social space since 2003, which makes us one of the old
men of the category.

What makes you different?
We have three arrows in our quiver that are most
unique:
    1. A special way of collecting and organizing
       data that ensures less spam, a focus on your
       business issue and more contextual insights.
    2. A set of remarkable tools that not only let us
       naturally explore billions of conversations but
       help us dig beneath the buzz to reveal the
       underlying motivational drivers of behavior.
    3. A super smart group of professionals (not a
       dashboard) that bring you answers to your
       business questions vs. software solutions.

       Our advocacy algorithm that links online advocacy with offline sales/share.

Who do you work with, anybody I have heard of?
We most often work with the Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Nike, Citi and Kraft.
They use us in collaboration with other forms of research (dashboards, focus groups,
ethnographies, etc.) to gather deeper understanding of consumer drivers. Our projects
span everything from questions like “What is the future of entertainment?” to “How can I
drive more people to my Facebook page?”.
