4. RECRUITMENT
The process of finding and hiring the best-qualified
candidate (from within or outside of an organization)
for a job opening, in a timely and cost effective manner. The
recruitment process includes analyzing the requirements of a
job, attracting employees to that job, screening and
selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee
to the organization.
6. Process of Recruitment followed by Fortune Shapers
Step 1:
Who are in search of job, they have to fill the required form in which they are asked to fill few of
their detail regarding Name, Address, email, Phone No. their updated Resume and many few
more details.
Step 2:
After when the candidate update their resume on the different net portals then, according to the
vacancy in the company the candidate is shortlisted who is suitable or qualified or having the
same skills and knowledge which is required in the job.
Step 3:
For searching the candidate we had to login our net portal accounts and we can search the
candidate by filling few details which are required like, Fresher or experienced, city where the
vacancy is and of course the interest of the candidate like insurance sector.
7. Step 4:
When the candidate is shortlisted then we used to call the candidate and then used to give
information about our vacancy and if they are interested then we asked them as if we can
schedule their interview?
Step 5:
If the candidate says yes he is interested, then we used to give him all the details like address
where the interview will be placed. And will ask them to bring all the required documents like
their updated resume, passport size photograph, their Id proof , their all mark sheets and if they
are not fresher than their last company pay slip is also required.
Step 6:
The candidate is asked to mail his/her updated resume to us also i.e.; to the one who is
scheduling his/her interview. Also the candidate is required to place the company’s logo (Fortune
Shapers) at the top of his/her resume.
Step 7:
After this we are required to prepare tracker of our candidate who are ready to go for the
interview. In the tracker we are required to give the candidate’s detail like:-
•Name of the candidate
•Contact number
•Email-address
•Designation
8. Step 8:
Then on the scheduled date interview will be held and then according to the candidate’s
performance in the interview either he/ she will be selected or will be rejected from the
interview.
Step 9:
If the candidate got selected then the term called will be “offer” i.e; job is offered to the
candidate and he can join the company on the given date. Because sometimes even
after getting the offer letter from the company some candidate refuses to work for the
company dew to some reasons which can be even personal.
Step 10:
If the candidate got satisfied with all the details given and got satisfied with all the work
which he has to do then he can “join” the company. This will be called as final
recruitment of the candidate.

system this mention that a particular
employee as achieved the target given.

The company doesn’t have a fair
salary system.

The company can also use different
portals other than naukri.com and times
job.com
THREAT
The company does not approach the
candidates who are not available on
internet thus it can be a big threat to the
organization as the large number on
candidates remain out of reach.
10. SUGGESTIONS
Fair salary should be given to
employees by this they will get
motivated.
Company can also meet the need of
other MNC‟S.
Computers should be appropriate so
that the employee can at least work on
a separate system.
There are many other net portals
Fortune shapers can also use those
remaining portal so that they can get
large number of candidates.
