Objective and Scope:

To study and analyze HR process of a telecommunication company named "ZONG"

Team members:
There are 3 team members
   1. Moezza Mir
   2. Haseeb Mir
   3. Mehwish Javed

Task division:
Mainly three major tasks will be carried out in this project, each task has further different sub
categories which will also be studied.

   1. Recruitment and Selection will be carried out by Moezza Mir
         a. ZONG Policies on Recruitment and Selection
         b. General Conditions for Recruitment
         c. Conditions for Selection
         d. Practices at ZONG regarding Recruitment and Selection
         e. Critical Review on Recruitment and Selection Process

   2. Training and Development will be carried out by Haseeb Mir
         a. Training Needs Assessment Policy
         b. Developing a Company-Wide Management Training Policy
         c. Training Practices at ZONG
         d. Types of Training at ZONG
         e. Critical Review on Training at ZONG
         f. Adoption Towards Organizational Change

   3. Performance Appraisal will be carried out by Mehwish Javed
          a. Performance Appraisal System
          b. Policies at ZONG for Performance Appraisal
          c. Practices at ZONG for Performance Appraisal

Task Scheduling and deliverables:
   1. Initial Meeting and collecting reference data about the HR process
   2. Studying and Analyzing reference data; every member will take care of their assigned
      part
   3. Writing individual reports and gathering three reports into one formal report
   4. Presenting Project
