Yogurt is basically a form of curdled milk much like sour cream
but has less fat

1947 was the first year that yogurt was introduced with
natural fruit preservatives and artificial sweeteners to make a
sweetened dessert

In 1950 yogurt became huge with health gurus in the United
States

Since the 1950 when people became familiar with yogurt it
has been on store shelves in every major store

Yogurt has vitamins B 12 and B6

Yogurt can be added to cakes, pies and enjoyed plain
The market size is 53,642,100

The market has grown 4% in the last 4 years, with the
exception of last year in which it dropped 4%

Ingredients:Crust                                                                                 Congratulations winners and a
1 cup crushed shortbread cookies (about 16-18 cookies)

1 15oz can pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon cinnamon                                                                               in and try them at home!
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Topping
2 cups crushed toffee candies
2 cups YoSpoon Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt
4 tablespoons sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine crushed cookies and butter. Press into the bottom and 1-inch up the side of an ungreased 9-inch
springform pan. Bake for 6-8 minutes but don't allow it to brown. Cool for 10 minutes. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together
until creamy. Add in yogurt, pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk and spices. Beat well and pour into the crust. Bake for 60 -65 minutes or until the
edge is set but the center moves slightly. Remove from oven. Top with crushed toffee candies. Combine yogurt and sugar and spread over warm
cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely in pan and then refrigerate overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Her recipe is: Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
1-12oz package wide egg noodles*
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 onion thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 1/2 tablespoons of butter, divided
1/4 cup flour
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoons freshly chopped tarragon
1 cup YoSPoon Low Fat Plain Yogurt

Directions
Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms slightly.
Add chicken pieces and sauté on high until chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes.
In a separate skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and sprinkle in flour until mixture starts to slightly adhere to the bot tom of the sauté pan.
Quickly add chicken stock and cider vinegar and stir gently. Reduce heat to low and stir in parsley, tarragon, and yogurt. Cover and let simmer on
low for 8-10 minutes.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to egg noodles and let melt (optional). Toss noodles, spoon stroganoff mixture over noodles, and serve.

The YoSpoon 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened team hopes that you enjoyed 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar 1 15oz can pumpkin puree this and make sure you check 2/3 cup evaporated milk out the recipes that people sent 2 eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon in and try them at home! 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Topping 2 cups crushed toffee candies 2 cups YoSpoon Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt 4 tablespoons sugar Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine crushed cookies and butter. Press into the bottom and 1-inch up the side of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 6-8 minutes but don't allow it to brown. Cool for 10 minutes. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy. Add in yogurt, pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk and spices. Beat well and pour into the crust. Bake for 60 -65 minutes or until the edge is set but the center moves slightly. Remove from oven. Top with crushed toffee candies. Combine yogurt and sugar and spread over warm cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely in pan and then refrigerate overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. The Runner up winner is: Angela McGuire from Panama City, FL!! Her recipe is: Chicken Stroganoff Ingredients 1-12oz package wide egg noodles* 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 1 onion thinly sliced 2 cloves of garlic minced 1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter, divided 1/4 cup flour 1 cup chicken stock 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1/2 cup chopped parsley 2 teaspoons freshly chopped tarragon 1 cup YoSPoon Low Fat Plain Yogurt Directions Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms slightly. Add chicken pieces and sauté on high until chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes. In a separate skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and sprinkle in flour until mixture starts to slightly adhere to the bot tom of the sauté pan. Quickly add chicken stock and cider vinegar and stir gently. Reduce heat to low and stir in parsley, tarragon, and yogurt. Cover and let simmer on low for 8-10 minutes. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to egg noodles and let melt (optional). Toss noodles, spoon stroganoff mixture over noodles, and serve.
