•Locate a copy of your existing Survey if possible. A survey looks like a plat
map of your particular property and would have been provided to you when

•Complete a Seller Disclosure Form, which is required by Texas Real Estate
Law. We will provide a copy of this to you for completion.
•Locate your mortgage information (bank name, phone, and your account
number)

•Have an extra key available to your home.
