3. On the 10th April, 2011 the NEAI staff had their monthly meeting in the office at plot 1 Osita Chuks
Estate Okigwe, Imo state. The meeting was meant to clearly define the project goal and objectives and
ascertain how best to mobilize the youth. Mr Cosmas Ositachuks admonished the staff to be dedicated in
the bid to organize the youths in the community.
