2. The Flights
Four flights left Amsterdam to destinations in the United
States. Because of the long flight they served meals. On
these flights the meals were deadly.
3. The needles
The meals on flights were turkey sandwiches. When
some passengers bit into their sandwiches they found
sewing needles. One passenger got stabbed in the mouth
by the needle. Something was really wrong.
4. The Caterer
• Gategourmet catered the Delta flights. They
are the biggest private airline catering
company. How could an experienced company
make such a big mistake?
5. Forgiveness
Though it was a big mistake it was forgotten and
both companies have not changed in any way.
