- Hi Everyone. How are you all doing?My name is Mary Jesse. I am the founder and CEO of Ivycorp.With Ivytalk Intelligent Group Messaging, we help businesses communicate better with people like employees and consumers.I started my career more than 2 decades ago as an electrical engineer. Through the course of my career I have worked at many companies – big, small, military, government, commercial. One was unique – McCaw Cellular. McCaw was a fun place to work. I learned many things working for McCaw and one of those was that you could purposely decide upon a company culture and that is had a big impact on how the business functioned.
- What is the culture of a company? The culture of a company largely influences the way employees behave with each other, the way they do their work and most importantly how customers are treated.
- I know when some of you hear “company culture” you might think that it’s just an hr thing, foo-foo stuff, not the really important stuff like the technology roadmap or go to market strategy.
