• Be succinct -- less is more!
• Images to add visual interest
• Sometimes better to show
than to tell
• Reuse content whenever
possible

• Release 10 guides at the end of May
• Identify more content specialists
• Begin work on next wave of guides immediately
• Replace current guides with the new more targeted ones
• Integrate into CLE as much as possible
