• Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins
• Consume on daily basis
• As meals
• Ways to eat fruits and vegetables:
~ Raw
~ Juices
Eat less unhealthy food
• Rich in fats, cholesterols, salts, sugars
• Avoid junks food and soft drinks
• Poor nutritional value
• Can cause obesity, diabetes, high blood
pressure and cancer.
• We should eat white meat such as chicken and
fish meat.
• Less fat
Cook food in healthier way
• Steaming or boiling
• No grilling or frying food
• Unhealthy
• The outer layer of meat cooked causes
oxidation
