salmon as this is farmed salmon.

2. Potatoes
Potatoes are a staple in many households. However, they too, are affected by poor farming
practices. Farmers spray potatoes with herbicides and fungicides. The potatoes are treated to
prevent them from sprouting again. Most farmers would never eat these potatoes; they have
a separate stash for themselves that are free from chemicals. Don't think that by washing the
potatoes you will get rid of the problem. The potatoes have absorbed the chemicals, and you
get to consume the toxins when you eat the potatoes, despite cooking them. Rather buy organic
or go without potatoes.
Microwave Popcorn
Avoid microwave popcorn like the plague. Research has revealed that the lining of the paper
bag contains chemicals that cause infertility in human beings. Even worse, is that these

The microwaving process vaporizes the chemicals, that will eventually migrate to the popcorn
