1. A LISTENING ASSESSMENT
An effective way to improve communications is to become a better listener. This
assessment will help you focus on where you may need improvement.
To determine your listening quotient, complete this assessment, by placing an
“X” for each statement on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being a low skill level and 5 a high
skill level).
